The purpose of this study was to evaluate training in inclusive education for the improvement of teacher performance in Cartavio, Peru. For this purpose, an experimental, quantitative research was carried out with a pre-experimental design applied to a sample of 30 teachers. It was determined that 3.3% of the teachers were at a beginning level in the pretest, 90% were in the process and 6.7% were at a satisfactory level. On the other hand, in the post-test, 20% of teachers were in process and 80% reached the satisfactory level, showing a significant change. Likewise, there was an increase in the average from
46.59 in the pre-test to 73.62 in the post-test. As a conclusion, the inclusive education workshop significantly influenced the performance of teachers in the three educational institutions studied in Cartavio.
