Revista Venezolana de Gerencia (RVG) disseminates original works from diverse theoretical and methodological perspectives by national and foreign authors, which constitute research results on administrative or management processes; these processes take place in all types of organizations (public, private, and third sector) and express the various administrative functions related to decision-making, the optimization of human, material, and financial resources, the evaluation and control of the obtained results, and their impact on society.

The Revista Venezolana de Gerencia aims to facilitate scientific debate in a critical era of paradigmatic changes in organizational management, which demands scientific reflection to address the challenges of the country and the Latin American continent. Therefore, a national and international dissemination effort is carried out.

The content of this journal is the sole responsibility of the authors. Once the research is published, the journal allows authors to retain copyright without restrictions.
